Here are some of the sketches I done randomly. Most are heavily inspired by fairy tales or weird/ strange stories. For instance scenes from the book "Let Me Tell You Something About That Night" by a Singapore writer Cyril Wong.

Tho fairy tales seems as naive as they can be in the revised versions, the original version are much more interesting to me. Example there's a scene of where Andersen wrote, "The fish jump right out of the dish and fry themselves...." from his "The Flying Trunk" story. Which I find it amusing.
Some romantic scene, from "The Fisherman and His Soul", written by Oscar Wilde. Where the fisherman decided to be with the mermaid in exchange of his own soul. The moment when they died in each other's embrace was such a beautiful thing to me. Not to mentioned when yellow flowers grew on their grave.
